Staff Applicant Agreement
I understand this is only an application and does not guarantee my selection as a staff member. If I am selected to work in this church ministry opportunity, I authorize the COGOP Mid-Atlantic Regional Office to do a complete national background search to include all Federal Registries for Abuse and Sexual Offenders. I will also consent to a random drug test if asked to do so. Attendance and completion of trainings are part of this application process and I agree to participate or to make acceptable arrangements to obtain the trainings on my own. I further agree that if selected to serve as part of the staff, I will show a Christian attitude at all times and abide by all policies and procedures, spoken or written, while being an example of my Christian witness by showing a respectful attitude to those in authority, fellow staff members and those in attendance at all times giving honor to the Lord
in all I say and do. I am aware that I must participate in the entire event unless special arrangements have been made. I do give permission to the Church of God of Prophecy Mid-Atlantic to use my photo(s) during or outside of the event for promotional use or public relation or advertisements.
