Soundview Little League Financial Assistance Form

Soundview Little League offers full or partial financial assistance to a limited number of players per
season for players registration fee(s). Financial assistance is available to those who qualify. In
exchange for financial assistance, we require each qualifying participant(s) parent/guardian to
volunteer a minimum of 2 hours of time per participant during the current season.

Financial Aid Requirement

In order to be eligible to receive financial assistance from Soundview Little League, you must first apply for financial assistance through both of these community partners:

Dick's Sporting Goods "Every Kid Sports: Dick’s Sporting Goods Every Kid Sports Pass

Please verify that you have applied to each of our community partner funds before applying.
