YOU MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE AND WORK OUT OF OUR COVENTRY LOCATION IN THE UK.

When on shift, your key responsibilities are:
 - Deployment and racking of servers
 - Providing both billing and technical support to assist customers
 - Debugging software and hardware issues
 - Tracking and processing new stock deployment

The position includes both remote support work and in person work at our Coventry data centre. Your time will mostly be spent working our of our Coventry location.

We are currently hiring for the following hours:
  - Pay Rate: $18.50/hour (£14.75/hr)
  - Pay + possible bonuses of up to $21.25/hour (£17/hr)
  - 28 days paid holiday with a flexible booking policy

Job Requirements
 - You must be able to travel onsite to our Coventry datacentre on a daily basis
 - Perfect Written English
 - Aged 18 years or older
 - Experience with Linux
 - At least 20Mbps internet speed
 - Strong communication skills (Microphone required)
 - Basic experience working in IT / a similar role

Desired Qualifications:
- Above average technical abilities
- Prior experience in a data centre environment
- Ability to independently problem solve
- Above average knowledge with CentOS
- Knowledge in PHP & Java
- Extensive knowledge within Minecraft and other related source games
- Knowledge of building a PC / server
- Being able to drive & having use of a car
