Please complete this form to register your district-sponsored activity or organization with the Knoxville Community School District (KCSD) or if you are a vendor that will be working with one of these district sponsored activity groups.

Activities categorized as “District-Sponsored/Affiliate” are considered official KCSD activities. Representatives from these activities/organizations must complete this registration process annually.

I understand that I must submit ideas/designs/prototypes/schematics/etc. of what our activity/organization intends to the KCSD Activities Department for approval prior to production, and I cannot proceed without KCSD Activities approval of these plans. Submissions should be sent to logo@kcsd.k12.ia.us *
