Thanks for taking a few minutes to submit an AfterBurn report. These are an important way to preserve institutional knowledge and ensure the sustainability of unBroken Spring. Please consider what you write to be a public document.

Part 1: Intro/Position Description
A. Describe your position and how you would define it
B. What were your major goals?
C. How well did you meet your goals?  What, if anything, kept you from being more successful?
D. Have you submitted all expense requests you desire to be reimbursed for?
Part 2: Summary - How did things go this year?
A. How many volunteers did you have? How many did you need? How many No-shows?
B. Were you adequately staffed on all shifts, and if not, which were shorthanded?
C. What infrastructure pieces did your department use? (carports, budget, radios, golf carts, etc) Did you need more/less of these resources?
D. What hours did your department operate? Do you think that should be more/less?
E. What vendors did you use for supplies? How did they work out, should we use them again?
Part 3 - What worked well as planned?

A. List your rockstars and cite examples of their awesomeness
B. Anyone you see as a potential department lead or group director?
Part 6 - The Future
A. Where do see your role/position next year? How might the scope and responsibilities change?
B. Would be interested in staying in your current role/position again? If no, why not?
C. Did you have any volunteers you think need additional training before they're allowed to volunteer again, or who shouldn't be allowed to volunteer in a particular role?
D. Is there anyone think might be a good replacement/successor for your position?
E. Do you see any need for more infrastructure investment due to growth, loss, or damaged equipment?
