Shepard Choir Participation Form 2021-2022
Welcome to the Shepard Choir Program!
These are our groups: 6th Grade Combined Choir, 7th/8th Grade Combined Ensemble.
All students who sign up will join their grade level choir; NO AUDITION REQUIRED. We will discuss in rehearsal how to determine voice part.
This form must be completed and submitted electronically to join SMS Choir. Once you join, please attend the choir orientation and attend rehearsals each week.
