Please complete the form below to register your child for Summer School. If you have more than one child that you'd like to register, please fill out a separate form for each child. Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Once we have reached capacity of students that we can serve, we will create a waitlist. Families who are placed on the waitlist will be notified.
