Eligibility Criteria:
1. Qualification: BSc / MSc (2023 Passing Out Candidates / Passed out )
2. Stream:
BSc: Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Physics, Maths, Statistics. MSc Chemistry
3. Aggregate Percentage: Minimum 60% up to Last Semester, No Standing Arrears / Backlogs, We allow history of Arrears / Backlog.
4. Candidates should be ready to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
5. Candidates should be open for posting at any of our manufacturing plants located in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Telangana, Goa and Gujarat.

Job Role / Designation Key Responsibilities
A. Production / Supervisor(BSc - Specified Streams )
1. Planning materials for achieving the Daily production target.
2. Allocation of Roles & Responsibilities for the Employees & Junior staffs.
3. Conducting meeting with operators and line leaders.
4. Supervising workers and ensuring that targets are met
5. Ensure Full utilization of Man & Machine to achieve pre set production targets.
6. Completing and maintaining Production records as and when batches are over.
B. Plant Technical : Supervisor / Officer(BSc Chemistry & Physics / MSc Chemistry)
1. Testing of Raw Materials, Chemicals and products.
2. Handling of new products development on the shop floor.
3. Handling equipment’s like micro scope, image analyser, Rockwell, hardness tester.
C. Quality Assurance / Supervisor (BSc Chemistry, Physics, Maths, Statistics)
1. Product audit, Process audit, dock audits
2. Customer Complaint Analysis and problem solving using 7 QC tools.
3. Line return analysis, Reducing the line return.
4. Maintaining records and quantifiers for ISO.
5. Maintaining quality records in SAP.
