INME Camp Registration Form

Dear Parent,

Greetings from INME!

We are confident that our Outbound Adventure Program will prove to be a great learning opportunity, full of adventure and excitement, for your child.

The experience aims to compliment your child's growth by helping them build real-life skills. Participants will get opportunities to explore possibilities, be in the care of people other than their primary caregivers, learn to be independent with activities of daily living, become self-disciplined, learn to work well with teammates and groups, and become socially and environmentally aware. All this happens in beautiful outdoor locations. For children with special needs, outdoor and natural environments also provide a therapeutic space of engagement.

Accommodation on Campus is in tents and It is imperative that your child brings the recommended kit list for the program. Our tents have attached flush toilets and full-time attendants to ensure cleanliness.

Food on camp is freshly made, wholesome and nutritious and we take great care to ensure that students get a variety.

The safety of your child is paramount in all our decisions. Our team is one of the most experienced in the country and we pride ourselves on very high and uncompromising safety standards. Our camp operations have become the standard that competitors measure themselves against in India. For this programme we have also partnered with Snehadhara Foundation, a well known and experienced organization that runs a semi-residential programme in Bangalore for children and adults with special needs, and comes with high expertise and know-how of the field and the population.

There will be a resident doctor on the camp with first aid facilities and basic medicine. There is adequate adult supervision on our camp (minimum 1:4 Adult Child ratio). The adults on the camp will include the Camp Chief, doctor, INME instructors and the Snehadhara team, the closest hospital from the camp is about 4-5 kms away, and takes around 15 minutes by vehicle

Please note that outdoor adventure programs have some inherent challenges and risks and we want you to be cognizant of. It is extremely important that you, as a parent or guardian, understand that an outdoor experience requires one to be careful and disciplined. Our Camp Chief, Doctor and senior instructors conduct regular safety checks of our equipment, instructor performance and behavior, and constantly monitor various aspects of camp life. information and updates about the program will be shared with the parents at regular intervals.

Do share this information with your child and help her or him prepare accordingly.

We request that you read this document and all other correspondence regarding the program carefully and then submit this online consent form.

We look forward to giving your child a wonderful experience.

Best Wishes,

Team INME
