AUT and Lunch Permission Form

RBHS offers an unassigned time program (AUT) as an alternative to the traditional study hall. Its purpose is to allow sophomore, junior and senior students flexibility in structuring their non-class time and to establish an environment of trust and respect in which students can learn time management. All Rock Bridge students assigned to an AUT are required to have a parent/guardian’s permission allowing them to leave campus during their AUT. Parents can give permission by completing this form.

CPS District policy states that students in grades 11-12 may leave campus for lunch only if they have a signed permission form on file with the school. Parents may provide permission by completing this form.

This form must be completed by ONLY a parent/guardian. Email addresses will be used to verify that the appropriate person has completed the form.
