I am Inken and in my master thesis [in design at HAWK Hildesheim] I want to look into how I can make services and products of the german government for people as accessible as possible. For this I am looking forward to hearing your perspective!

Some information in advance

📚 In my work I want to focus on the service called "Bildung und Teilhabe". However, you DO NOT have to have experience with this in order to take part in the interview.

Preconditions

🧒🏽 You are under 25 years old OR have at least one child younger than 25 years of age. It does not matter whether you are a single parent or live in a partnership.

- Unemployment benefit [Arbeitslosengeld II (SGB II)]
- Housing benefit and child supplement [Wohngeld und Kinderzuschlag (§ 6b BKGG)]
- Social Assistance (Support for living expenses, basic income) [Sozialhilfe (SGB XII – Hilfe zum Lebensunterhalt,
Grundsicherung)]
- Asylum Seeker Benefits [Asylbewerberleistungen (§§ 2 oder 3 AsylbLG)]
- Families with low income [Familien mit geringem Einkommen]
- Individual claim ["Individueller Anspruch"]
