VRA 2024 will be held October 8–10, 2024, at the Embassy Suites in downtown Minneapolis, MN. The VRA Executive Board needs your help to make this year’s conference a success!

We are seeking volunteers to help in the following areas:
On-Site/Hybrid Volunteers
Board Liaisons: Maria Nuccilli & Molly Schoen
Volunteers who sign up for 4 hours receive speaker discount for conference registration. All volunteers will be trained prior to their shift(s).
- Registration Desk
- Session Moderators + Coordinators
- Supporting VRA Tech Advisor during on-site sessions
- Monitoring Zoom during hybrid sessions
If you are thinking about getting more involved in VRA, this is a great opportunity to test the waters without a long commitment.
We welcome both new and longtime members in this process: the more volunteers we have, the better and more diverse the conference will be!
