Worried about your student's potential COVID/Distance Learning Slide over the past few months?  Hillel can help!

This package will give you peace of mind, knowing where your student ended the year academically and armed with the tools you need to start them off on the right foot for the Fall semester.

Our teachers utilize the MAP Growth Assessment with our students throughout the year.  Using MAP Growth insights, teachers can confidently tailor instruction to challenge every student, whether they are below, at, or above grade level. MAP Growth student reports also present realistic learning goals by subject areas so that, through a teacher’s guidance, students can individually see their progress and be inspired to take charge of their own learning.  This assessment can be done from your own home online, or at Hillel Academy (maintaining physical distancing guidelines).

Following the assessment, you will receive a Student Education Progression Plan, which will break down their results and give you the knowledge you need to move your student forward.  You will get a copy of the plan, and a follow-up with our Principal of Teaching and Learning to discuss the results (either in person or via phone/Zoom).

We will then set you up with access to Scootpad - an online program that adapts in real-time to meet students exactly where they are with the right level of practice, instruction, remediation, and assessment to ensure they master every concept.

During the month of July, Hillel will be hosting "drop-in" days where students can catch up on work for a few hours, and ask questions to faculty and staff members as needed.  This package includes 1 free "drop-in" day, with additional hours available for $10.

Cost:
Rising K-2nd grade: $100 (includes Math and Reading Assessments)
Rising 3rd - 8th Grade: $125 (includes Math, Reading, and Language Arts Assessments)
