Complete this form to register your student athlete for summer sports camp!  

Payment MUST be received by the FIRST day of camp for the camper to attend.
There are two payment options:
     1) Payment can be remitted either by check (payable to WMMS Athletic Boosters), or

Please remember to enter your camper’s name and which camp(s) you are registering for in the memo area of your check or in the notes section of PayPal.  

Camps are run by our WMMMS Athletics Staff.  

Students are required to have health insurance and proof of insurance will be requested.  Campers are encouraged to bring water and snacks to camp.

T-Shirts are provided to campers too!
