Kids Yoga Sign Up & Liability Waiver
Hi! I'm Gabby, and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to share the joy of yoga and movement with your child/children. Cost per class attendance, is $10.00 per child if one child is attending per family. $20.00 per family if more than one child is attending per family. Payment is appreciated at the time of drop off via Venmo, @corunayoga. 

Kindly provide the following information if your child/children plan to participate. Please note that weekly commitments are not mandatory, and you are welcome to come on a week by week basis. Please reach out should you have any questions. Thank you for your cooperation and enthusiasm!
