Carnegie Classic 2024 Shout-Outs
Please fill out this form to order shout-outs in our program. For information on shout-outs, see this document: 

You can pay online (Cashnet) or with cash or check. We cannot accept Venmo or Zelle. Make checks out to "Carnegie Mellon University". Cash and checks may given to any board member. You may submit the form first and then provide the payment.

**The deadline for shout-outs is Wednesday, January 31st at midnight.**

  • $20 for quarter-page (2.5 inches x 4 inches) - Fits 1-2 photos
  • $40 for half-page (5 inches x 4 inches) - Fits 2-3 photos
How to pay online using Cashnet:

    1. Click this link: https://commerce.cashnet.com/CMU231

    2. Search “Ballroom” in the search bar.

    3. Select “Ballroom Dance Org-Miscellaneous Sales (non-taxable)”.

    4. Manually enter the dollar amount owed for shout-outs. Enter “Carnegie Classic Shout-out” for the description. Enter your full name.

    5. Click “Add to cart” in the bottom righthand corner.

    6. Click on the cart icon in the upper righthand corner. Click “Checkout”.

    7. Checkout as a guest and complete the payment online.

If you want to order multiple shout-outs, fill out a separate form for each shout-out.
