PAYMENT
STEP 1: Registering.
STEP 2: In the next 14 working days after receiving and confirming your registration you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of EUR 150 per person.
The deposit includes a portion of the training fee.
If you are able to pay the full registration fee immediately, go to STEP 3.

Deposit payment is a confirmation to us that you are interested in attending the training and secures a place during the training.
Payment can only be made through a bank account.
Payment instructions will be sent to you via E-mail you have provided us after submitting your registration.

The number of training places is limited given the planned content and the number of beds available.
We can store your reservation for the next 14 working days from the day we receive your registration.
Please deposit within 14 working days of registration. After that period of time, the place you booked may be offered to another potential entrant.

STEP 3: Final payment of the registration fee. You can pay the final registration fee one month before the start of training - until 21.05.2020.
We will send a pro forma invoice or invoice for the amount of the registration fee (total amount or difference from the paid deposit) to your e-mail address.

CANCELLATION
In situations where your plans change and you are unable to attend training, we offer the following cancellation options:

• The deposit you pay for this training is not able to be refunded in case of cancellation, as it covers the insurance of the hotel and the organizer to cover the cost of keeping the place in the hotel (accommodation) and the place during the training;
• Until May 29, 2020 we will refund to your bank account the amount of the registration fee paid, reduced for the amount of the deposit;
• After June 12,2020 no refund. We will keep the total amount paid in the organizer's bank account to cover the agreed and incurred training costs;
• Until June 12, 2020 we leave you the opportunity to propose another person / participant who can participate for you in order to use the funds paid.

DATA PROTECTION
MIOS takes care of the data and information you share with us.
The new General Data Protection Regulation (short GDPR) of the European Union entered into force from the 25th of May 2018. It is important to us to act align with these regulations and be open and transparent with you who share personal data with us.
Therefor we inform you about your rights and ask for your consent.

Who has access to your data?
MIOS staff and Marie Siegling have access to the answers of the survey in order to prepare the best possible training for you.

What are your rights?
1) You can ask to delete all or part of your data at any point.
2) You can ask for and receive a report about what data we have collected from you at any point.

Why are we using google and what implications does this have?
This project is really important to us and at the same time it is a non-profit endeavor. So we are trying to keep as many parts of it as possible as simple as possible. Google offers simple and easy solution to collect, process and map out data. Which is why we decided to use it. The costs of that are that the data we are collecting is stored on a google server in the US and we can only guarantee for the standards that google set themselves for data protection (https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en).
