BVLS Meal Pre-Order Form BVDOO Students

THERE WILL BE NO MEAL PICK UP DURING THE WEEK OF SPRING BREAK (MARCH 29TH-APRIL 2ND). If you still need meal assistance during this time, please contact Stacy at speterson@mybvls.org and we will make arrangements.

BVDOO, now through the end of the school year, Pick up locations will be at East Elementary and West Elementary only.

Please complete this form weekly to pre-order meals for your student(s).  If you have multiple students, you will need to complete this form separately for each student.

For BVDOO Students please submit Fridays by 9am to pick up a 5 day meal bag for your student(s) on Fridays at East or West Elementaries.
