Prototype Lead, TransCap Switzerland
This is the 1st-round application form for the role of Prototype Lead, TransCap Switzerland (50-100%). This role is recruited by the Systemic Investing Initiative, a Swiss non-profit association domiciled in Zurich.

We’re looking for a systems thinker with a background in finance and a passion for sustainability to lead our systemic investing prototype in Switzerland. The term of engagement is as soon as possible through January 2022.

Short Essay Questions
What follows are three short essay questions that we ask you to fill in. Each has a character limit of 1000, which is roughly equivalent to 150 words. We're not looking for "right" answers. Instead, we would like to gain a sense for how you think, along with a degree of confidence that you have a general understanding of the contexts in which the TransCap work takes place. If you're spending more than 10-15 minutes on each of these questions, you may be overdoing it.
