Silent Auction Donation Form

Thank you for donating an item to Seekhaven's Puttin' on the Ritz  Silent Auction! We appreciate the time, expertise, service and talent that is associated with your donation. The proceeds from your item will go directly to supporting local families and individuals surviving domestic violence and sexual assault. Seekhaven is a 501(c)3 nonprofit and your donations are tax-deductible. 

We ask that donations are at least $50 in value, new and in great condition. Thank you for understanding!

Puttin' on the Ritz will be held on Saturday, February 10th. Donated items must be received by Friday, February 2nd.
