Tournaments sell out quickly and priority is given to last years teams.

Men (Ron Boyle Invitational) - Labour Weekend (Sat & Sun)
TOURNAMENT ENTRY CONDITIONS
$500 to enter the tournament.
$250 deposit due 31 May
$250 due 31 July
Teams can pay the full amount immediately and will still be entitled to the refunds listed below.
If full payment isn't received by 31 July, teams could be replaced in the tournament.
REFUNDS
Deposit is not refundable after 31 May.
No refunds after 31 July.
No refunds will be given where grounds are closed due to weather conditions (this has only happened twice in over 20 years).
NO SHOWS
This causes a lot of disruption and is unfair to other teams.
Teams that cancel last minute, or don't turn up for a tournament day, will lose their priority for future tournaments.
In the event that tournaments are cancelled due to and event like COVID, teams will have the option to receive a full refund or have any fees transferred to a future tournament.
