Practice days, times, and locations will be assigned to
coaches. Space is limited.
All
13U and up teams are assigned to 7:00 – 8:30pm practice times. Please
let me know your preferred days of practice.
If you
are coaching two teams, please submit a separate form for each team and let us
know the other division you are coaching in the space provided at the end of
this form.
Practice
will begin no earlier than August 8. Coaches may not begin practice until they
are given permission.
