Policy Details:

The Office of Multicultural & International Student Affairs loans graphing calculators for international students to use. Calculators are checked out on a first-come, first-served basis for one semester at a time. Interested students may come to the Office for Student Engagement in the Student Union Annex - Room 2307 and fill out the appropriate forms online. 

Graphing calculator pickup is located in the Office for Student Engagement. The office is located on the second floor of the War Memorial Student Union Rom 2307, across from the bookstore. 

Request forms must be submitted prior to checkout. Please allow yourself a grace period of 5 days in case more items need to be replenished or repaired.  

 Terms and Conditions:

The individual that checks out the equipment is responsible for the pickup and return of the equipment and will have to pay for any loss/theft or damages that may occur during the duration of the check-out period. 

Failure to replace damaged/lost/stolen items within 30 days of the scheduled return date will result in a referral to the Office for Student Advocacy, and Accountability, and a charge for the replacement cost will be placed on your LeoNet account.
