Mock Prompting Form
You might want to include your prompting rules/guidelines here in this description, alongside any other useful information. Some fests also include ways to contact them as well.

How to contact the prompter *
Fests often ask for the prompter's social handles/email, in case there is something wrong with their prompt that needs fixing, or if the author ever needs to negotiate any changes in their prompt in the future. Consider whether you will keep track of the identities of prompters. Some fests also offer the opportunity to credit the prompter during reveals. If you decide to do that, also consider asking prompters if they are comfortable with it.
OTP *
If you run a group fest, you should ask which pairing the prompter desires. If it is a member-centric fest, ask what the pairing (or OT+) will be. If it is an OTP fest, consider beforehand whether you will accept polyamory works.
Prompt *
Ask for the prompt itself. Remember to set the rules and banned content clearly. Think beforehand what you will do if a prompt breaks the rules: will you remove it straightaway or will you contact the prompter?
Content Warnings *
Consider whether you will ask prompters to tag content warnings or if you will review prompts and tag them yourself. Also consider offering a content warning list to prompters that they can look at as reference (of course, you can use the list on our carrd as well!).
Rating *
Remember to state clearly whether this question is for the PREFERRED rating or for the MAXIMUM rating accepted. For example: a prompter might prefer a General Audiences rating, but will accept smut if the writer prefers it. In that case, their preferred rating is G, but the maximum rating accepted is E.
Pluses *
Ask the prompter for anything that is not essential to the prompt but that they would like to see in the final work (for example, side pairings, any personality traits, any aspects of the plot, and so forth).
Minuses *
Ask the prompter for anything that they would like the content creator to avoid (for example, side pairings, any personality traits, any aspects of the plot, and so forth).
