HSF Reconstruction & SW Trigger survey
The HSF Reconstruction and SW Trigger working group aims to strengthen the use of common software between and elevate the scientific exchange about reconstruction and software triggers with the HEP community.
With this survey, we would like to get an overview on topics, tasks and training possibilities where the HSF could assist and support your work or your area of interest.
Please indicate which of these topics would be of (particular) interest for you/your experiment and augment the list with potentially missing items.
The survey is structured into:
1) topical meeting/projects
Topics that could either be addressed by a meeting to foster exchange, or spark a project. These may overlap with other working groups in the HSF which would allow joint workshops or initiatives.
2) training possibilities
Which trainings could be supported/facilitated by the HSF for the benefit of the experiments
2) data sets, a discussion about data sets for algorithm research (including machine learning)
Can the HSF provide datasets (similar to the TrackML dataset) that would allow algorithm R&D and exchange of ideas, benchmarking
