Full Moon Jam Equinox Flow Fest 2024 Vendor Application
The Chicago Full Moon Jam's Equinox Flow Fest will be held on Friday & Saturday, September 20th-21st. It will take place at the Grounding Groove Gardens in Woodstock, IL.

There is a $100 Vendor Fee, and required to provide an item for the raffle. Vendors chosen will be given 2 tickets and a complimentary car pass.

If you would like to participate as a vendor performer, please fill out this form by May, 31st! We plan to review the applications and notify everyone of our final selections soon after.

We are excited for our 20th anniversary next year and have so much planned! Thank you for your support in helping to sustain and grow the Chicago Full Moon Jam in new ways!

VENDOR TICKETS:
All vendors and staff need tickets to gain entry. Booth vendors will be sent a link to purchase 2 tickets at the vendor rate (total of $100).

If anyone needs more tickets than your 2 pre-approved allotment, we'll make more available upon reasonable request.

VENDOR AMENITIES:
There will be limited electrical outlets at the Vendor sites. You must provide your own outdoor electrical extension cords, should you need them. Vendor Row will likely be in the grass and will be partially shaded by the barn.

There may be limited cell phone reception, please plan accordingly.

VOLUNTEER RAFFLE: Donations for the volunteer raffle are due at the Gate Tent by noon on Friday.

ENTRY TIME: Vendors are welcome to arrive Thursday morning. All Staff and Non-Staff Personnel must have an event ticket for entry.
