All items are $10 each.  White shirts are still acceptable,  but all new orders will be filled with the gray shirts. Please note that we need you to order by child, not by family.  At the  end of this form, you will have the option to pay using your incidental FACTS account, or by check.  Please know that no order will be filled until payment is received.
