Application to HOST MEETS for Fall/Winter 2020-2021
Welcome to the bidding process for fall/winter 2020-2021 meets. All bids are to be submitted by Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at 9:00 PM.

This form will allow you to bid up to three (3) meets; to bid more meets, please begin a new application form.

Many of the responses are preset. Please note that meet fees and meet format/type are now required information for your bid. In order to help coaches plan their meet schedules, please provide as much information as possible about your meet.

Only fees proposed within your bids may be charged.

IMPORTANT: MAC, MRC and State meet bidders do not list facility surcharges/fees. Those are determined by MNSI and added as the Seasonal Championship Splash Fee. The $2.20 MNSI Splash Fee for individual events and relays will be collected for all fall/winter 2020/2021 meets. Single session Pre-C/C/Novice/Developmental meets MAY reduce the MNSI Splash Fee to $1.10.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1.  U OF MN FACILITY BIDDING: If you are planning to bid on a meet using the Jean K. Freeman Aquatic Center at the University of Minnesota you must contact Linda McKee, Associate Department Director and Director of Aquatics to confirm the viability of your meet bid request before submitting your bid to MNSI. 2.  REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI): Clubs bidding on MAC, MRC, and State meets are asked to complete the RFI in order to better educate members of MN Swimming about the facility and your club's plans for the meet. Clubs running regular meets who would like to add information to their bid for committee consideration are also encouraged to fill out and submit this form.
 Please complete the RFI to the best of your ability and email it to jbradley@mnswim.org.

4.  ORDER OF EVENTS FORM: Clubs bidding on meets are asked to submit a proposed Order of Events (OOE).  The completed OOE form should be emailed to jbradley@mnswim.org.
