2020-2021 Enrollment Request - NEW to Senn High School
Please complete the following form to begin the enrollment process.  Once the form is completed and your address has been confirmed you will receive the registration forms via email.  

New students are REQUIRED to live within Senn High School's attendance area to enroll.  Please enter your address in the CPS School Locator - https://schoolinfo.cps.edu/schoollocator/index.html to confirm.

The following documents are required to enroll :
> Proof of address - current water, gas, or electric bill
> Parent/Guardian's ID - current driver's license, state ID, or passport
> Birth Certificate
> Immunization records
> School transcript/records

Students transferring from out of the country are required to have their transcript evaluated by Foreign Student Services (42 W. Madison St. 3rd floor)  before coming to Senn High  School.  Please call 773-553-1936 to make an appointment.
