All conference registrations include the following:

  • Participation in all sessions
  • Conference materials;
  • Lunch and refreshment breaks (Monday to Wednesday);
  • Wednesday field-trip

Regular and Speakers registrations also includes

  • Welcome reception (evening of Sunday, October 08)
  • Conference dinner (evening of Tuesday, October 10).

To apply for student registration, e-mail proof of student status (eg. ID card scan, transcript, current course schedule) to icaade2023@b-tu.de.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund except a €40 administrative fee will be granted for cancellations received prior to September 30, 2023. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. After October 01, 2023, no refunds will be issued. However, registration may be transferred to another attendee without penalty. Please email any cancellation or registration transfer requests to: icaade2023@b-tu.de

Regular and Speaker registrations include tickets to the welcome reception and to the conference dinner. Student and Single-day registrations do not include tickets to the welcome reception nor conference dinner. However, you can make an additional reservation (which will be included in the registration fee) for yourself. If you would like to bring an accompanying person, please add his/her reservation below.
