2023-2024 Kewaunee County youth (grades 7 and above) and adult committee sign-up form. The committees report to the Kewaunee County 4-H Adult Leaders' Association. When signing up for a project or activity committee, please be willing and able to be actively involved in the planning and implementation of programs and activities. Not all of these options are active in Kewaunee County at this moment, but the Leaders' Association is supportive of rebooting committees. *Please ensure the correct email address is used for communication purposes.*
