Westlake Girls offers two pathways to play Golf at school, firstly as a handicap golfer or as a Learn to play enthusiast.
Our top golfers compete in the North Shore Secondary Schools Intercollegiate League on Mondays in Term 1. And they also compete in the Two day Stroke Play Championship in May and June. The junior members are also encouraged to have fun at the College Sport Junior Ambrose Tournament in late November.
NB: All Premier team members are all required to have a handicap that is no higher than 19.
Learn to play golfers are assisted into group lessons at Pupuke Golf Club throughout the season.

REFUND POLICY:
In the unlikely event a school trip is cancelled either by the school, a third party, or through extenuating circumstances, WGHS will endeavour to seek a refund of any deposit or full payment paid to an external party (such as flights or accommodation) on behalf of our students. Please note there may be situations where external parties are legally entitled to retain partial or full payment – in the case of a late cancellation, or binding agreement terms, for instance. In these situations, WGHS agrees to recover as much of the cost as practicable, however the school is not liable if a full refund is unattainable.
