If you want to interact with kids on behalf of the Coalition, you need three background clearances: Criminal History, Child Abuse, and Fingerprints.

To complete the criminal history check, please go to the Pennsylvania Access to Criminal History (PATCH) website https://epatch.state.pa.us/Home.jsp and submit a New Record Check. There is an $8.00, non-refundable fee for each request, which is payable via debit or credit card.

The Child Abuse History Clearance is provided by the Pennsylvania Child Welfare Information Solution (PACWIS) https://www.compass.state.pa.us/CWIS/Public/Home . Please create an individual account; there is an $8.00 processing fee, which is payable via debit or credit card.

Fingerprinting can be done at many UPS locations.
