3. Complete the Beautiful Me Teacher Training on Continu (~1 hour 15 minutes at your own pace)

4. Schedule a virtual meeting with an HFF team member for a demo* and Q&A (~45 minutes)

5. Schedule a virtual feedback meeting with the same HFF team member, which can be done directly after your demo OR within the same week (~30 minutes)

Congrats! You are ready to run your own Beautiful Me groups. You will receive a certificate of completion.

Get your program materials (workbooks, compliment boxes, necklaces), provided at no cost, by going to selfesteemrising.org, hovering over "Teachers" and clicking "Order Supplies."
