She Runs It is thrilled to offer our formal mentoring program to our valued members. This program gives you the opportunity to give back to fellow members seeking guidance on their career path. You will mentor a small group of mentees who will gain your knowledge each month but also gain peer-to-peer mentoring as well. This 9 month program runs September 2022 thru June 2023, and requires a pledge to members of the organization in your group. If you are not able to honor this once per month commitment, (for now this can be done virtually),  please submit for the next program. To qualify, you must be a current She Runs It member and must maintain membership throughout the length of this program.

Although we will do our best to place all applicants, mentoring pairings are based on the number of qualified participants who apply and pairing compatibility, and is not a guarantee of placement. If a group is not suitable, we may look to match you in a 1:1 pairing.

We will be pairing mentors and mentees in August/September and the first round of pairing announcements will go out in September, prior to our programmed Virtual Kickoff Event on September 21st.
