About MHRE Research Pitch Mentorship
The MHRE 2022-23 Pitch is a competition for undergraduate students to innovate and foster their individual creativity in research.  As a mentor, your role is to support a group of undergraduate students as they develop a research pitch to address this year’s competition theme (Visit  http://www.hsgsa.org). This competition is open to ALL fields of STEM (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics)
Awards/Benefits
  •  Submissions (i.e. abstract AND poster) that are scored 85% or above will be selected for publication. As a contributor to the pitch, you will also be acknowledged as a co-author   
  • An opportunity to mentor and share your scientific expertise with trainees 
  • Top 3 submissions will also receive monetary awards  ($2000 | $1000 | $500)

  1. Complete and submit the Google form below 
  2. Your biography will be posted onto an online document available to trainees 
  3. They will email you to request for an online meeting
  4. After a number of meetings, you can only join ONE team of undergraduate trainees
  5. Please notify the Competition Coordinator by email after you've joined a team
