The Registering Teacher must fill out this application for modifications individually (per student) for students requiring visual or audible (hearing) modifications on the National Spanish or Portuguese Exam. 

Extended Time Requests
  • The registering teacher must fill out this form if they are only requesting time for one (1) student. The teacher will receive an email with more instructions.
  • Teachers with a list of multiple students should follow the instructions on our website. 

The deadline to request student modifications is December 15th, 2023.
