Student Counseling Center Mindful Coping Workshop Registration
Mindful Coping Workshop is a 3-session workshop designed to learn and practice new skills. It aims to increase awareness, gain understanding of our experiences, and help us move our lives in a more fulfilling direction. We will use experiential exercises, conceptual tools of mindfulness, and journaling throughout the sessions to help provide a variety of tools for you to cope with life stress. Participation in all 3 sessions is strongly recommended as it will allow you to gain a complete experience which helps develop a thorough understanding of mindful coping tools.
Workshops are facilitated by SCC staff, including counselors from the Pacific University School of Graduate Psychology.
