Thank you so much for joining Team Tiny Hero! With Team Tiny Hero, your miles matter even more. In addition to participating in Tiny Hero CDH Awareness month events, Team Tiny Hero participants raise funds to support Tiny Heroes and families affected by a CDH diagnosis - winning awesome Tiny Hero swag along the way! 

Team Tiny Hero will kick off on March 1st and run (pun intended) through April 30th. 

Once you have completed the form, a Tiny Hero staff member will be in touch soon with more information and to welcome you. The program officially kicks off on March 1, 2024!
