EOTC - High Risk Event
Proposal and approval process for High Risk EOTC events.

Please note that a High Risk Event proposal can take a considerable amount of time to prepare. We recommend discussing the event with a member of the SLT before time is invested in detailed planning. High Risk Events require approval from both senior leadership and the Board of Trustees. For this reason high risk event proposals must be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance. After submitting this form, check your emails for the link to a google doc. Complete your planning on the google doc and alert the SLT member in charge of EOTC when it is ready for review.
