2023 Spring Volleyball Coach & Teammate Request

This is the official Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County athletics request form. Requests will be addressed in the order they are received. Filling out this form does not guarantee our athletics team will be able to make your request happen.

VOLLEYBALL 2023 REGISTRATION

You must be already registered through the Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County Portal for 2023 Spring volleyball prior to filling this out for your request to be reviewed.

Coach/Team/Athlete Requests

Before continuing this form, we HIGHLY recommend that you do the following,

For Coach Requests: If you know a volunteering coach and would like to be on their team, request them by name below. You must sign-up for the days they have chosen for practice. We may not be able to move you if you sign-up for different practice days.

For Teammate Requests: Reach out to the teammate you are requesting, and make sure you have signed up for the same division and practice days. (The other person must also submit this form for this request to be addressed) ONLY 1 TEAMMATE REQUEST PER ATHLETE. Making multiple teammate requests may void your request.

We will not be honoring requests if the days you have signed up for do not align with your requests.

If you have a coach request, please type the coach name below.

Coach Requests cannot be completed if you have registered for a day different than your coach has requested for practices. Teammate requests cannot be completed if you and the teammate have requested different days for practices or if both athletes did not request each other.
