A&R AGENT (JOB DESCRIPTION)
- A&R is responsible for scouting new talent, signing it to a label and then overseeing all aspects of the process that leads up to the delivery of all finished recordings.
- Scouting and signing singers and musicians an A&R Agent will often manage the recording process and be concerned with the development of artists as they emerge with the label
- A&R Agents should also keep up with the new trends and new artists in the music industry as they emerge, and recommending them to A&R Managers.
- Responsible for booking artist with the company using the booking form and communicate with artist directly for scheduling.
OFFICE SECRETARY
- Will involve providing administrative support for events such as concerts, gigs or tours, and sometimes helping to organize and promote them.
- Responsibilities may include reception which may involve answering calls, meeting and greeting visitors, and dealing with mail and deliveries
PUBLIC RELATIONS
- Maintain and handle all PR related affairs of the company
- Upkeep and organisation of instagram page
- Organise and Oversee events/concerts/appearances
- Work along side A&R agents to ensure smooth operations of client bookings
- Promote/market upcoming events
- Communicate with potential Sponsors, investors, and outside clientele
