What are 3-5 benchmark prerequisites or characteristics that your ideal partners/clients should have?

i.e. 
1. Minimum $1 Million Annual Revenue
2. Minimum 5 Years Operating
3. Must have at least regional distribution already (outside of city where the company operates)
Identify 3 industries that you would prefer your future partners/clients to be operating in. This can be adjusted later on, but will help identify potential partners/clients.
