Mogadore Summer Academy Intent Form
The district will be offering a free Summer Enrichment Academy in August to all students in grades K-6. The sessions will run Monday through Thursday during the weeks of August 1st and August 8th  from 9 am - 12 pm at O. H. Somers. Students may sign up for both weeks.  Please indicate your desire for your student(s) participate in the Summer Academy below. Thank you.
