Booth fees:
Half table (approx. 1m) = 80€ gross
Whole table (approx. 2m) = 150€ gross
Deadline: Applications are open until August 10, 2023.
We recommend submitting the application as soon as possible, as we will start allocating spaces on an ongoing basis before this date. To secure participation, payment of the stand fee is due within two weeks of confirmation and invoice dispatch. All places will be confirmed until the end of August, 2023. Applications from the Rhine-Ruhr area may be given preference.
After submitting this form, a confirmation email will be sent by the system (check spam folder if necessary), this is not yet a confirmation of the booth application!
Notification on the result of the application will be sent to the e-mail address of the main contact specified here. Corrections are no longer possible after the form has been sent and can only be resubmitted after a confirmation has been made.
It is not possible to apply for individual days of Between Books. Applications are only valid for the entire duration during the opening hours:
Thursday, November 9, 2023, 5 – 10 pm
Friday – Sunday, November 10–12, 2023, each 12 am – 7 pm
