2022 Fall Family Festival Food Truck Application
Thank you for your interest in our Annual Fall Family Festival.  Vendor approval will be sent within one week. If you do not hear back within that period, please email bill@WoodcrestRetreat.org. 

Cost for Food Trucks for 2022 is free (donations toward our event goal are appreciated). Electrical access is $15 (limited spaces). The event is held at our upper camp area at 225 Woodcrest Drive, Ephrata, PA  17522. Our 2021 festival had over 350 people and some trucks sold out of items. For this year we are excited to have WJTL Cookie Break broadcasting live in the morning. Food trucks are being advertised as open from 10:00-2:00 (though you can open earlier).  If you have any questions please call the camp office at 717-738-2233 or email Bill@woodcrestretreat.org. We are limiting this year's event to three food trucks.
