The scholarship application is now open. The scholarships are limited to individuals who work in Georgia. Scholarships cover the conference registration fee.

The deadline to complete this form is May 3, 2024. The completion of this form does not guarantee you a scholarship.

*Conference registration includes keynote and workshop presentations and meals provided at the convention center listed on the conference agenda.*

Scholarship recipients are responsible for making and covering the cost for their hotel and travel arrangements.
No reimbursement will be given for travel expenses.

Completing this form does not guarantee you a scholarship, this is an application for a scholarship.

If awarded a scholarship, you will be notified by GCFV staff with code to register. You must register on the conference website with your scholarship code. You will have a deadline to register for the conference. If you do not register with your code by the deadline, your scholarship will be given to someone on the waitlist.

If you aren't awarded a scholarship prior to registration opens, and you register and pay for the conference, you will not receive a refund and your scholarship will be given to someone on the waitlist.

*If your program has more than two (2) applicants they will be placed on the waiting list.*
