 - The shoes are considered to be a defect item if they are received damaged, or other manufacturer defects which occur during the 6 month upon recipient of your shoes. We will remake a pair of the same design for you.

- Damages occurred by worn out or tearing are not considered to be types of defect, hence we will not remake a new pair for you.
