This is the Table Booking Form for Socs Day 2. You must fill out this form in its entirety to get a table for Socs Day 2. If you have any issues please email the Socs Box team at: socsbox@socs.nuigalway,ie
PLEASE NOTE: The layout will be different from Socs Day 1, with Societies sharing tables in the first two sections of the Bailey Allen Hall, and the last third of the hall will have a stage so we are also looking for Societies who would like to showcase performances throughout the day.

We have a limited number of slots available for Societies who would like to perform in the showcase, so please indicate below if your society would like to perform.

Society Table Preference
All Societies will be sharing a table on the day. Is there any specific society you would like to share with? We will do our best to accommodate all requests, but please bear in mind that it may not be possible.
Any Special Requests?                                          Do you need any other equipment? Equipment is on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be at least 1 power outlet per table. Scanners will be allocated to the societies with most members last semester.                                                                    Do not request a scanner here.
Is your Society interested in performing on the stage in the third section of the Bailey Allen? We will have 10 half hour slots available for the Show Case.
