BAFA Curricular Club Application 
Any teacher or student having an interest in starting a curricular club may use this form. A curricular club is defined as a club that is an extension, expansion or application of material taught in class or is a part of an adjunct to student government or carrying out special projects or responsibilities. After this form has been completed, the application goes through the following process:
1. Review of application by the Clubs and Activities Sponsor in light of the above criteria for a curricular club.
2. Reviewed and signed off by the Clubs and Activities Sponsor
3. Final approval by the Principal.
